PAYMENT:  PayPal or credit card via PayPal only at this time.  Sales tax collected for Texas residents.

SHIPPING:  Who likes to be overcharged for shipping?  I certainly do not.  You will only be charged exactly what it costs to ship the item/s.  All items will be shipped via USPS (priority or 1st class, depending on preference) and will leave Be Knit Picky within 2 business days of placing your order.  All domestic orders come with tracking. Insurance may be purchased at an additional cost.  International orders shipping first class do not come with a tracking number (I can track to see if it's been delivered only) unless requested and at an additional charge. I will not be responsible for lost international mail. By ordering internationally, you as the buyer are accepting any risks inherent to the international mail system.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:  Refunds & exchanges for supplies (fabric, notions) only, can be made as long as they are returned within ten business days of my postmark and I am given courtesy notification. I will not pay for return shipping. If you are returning fabric, it must be clean, uncut, unwashed, and odor-free. If you are returning notions, the packaging must be unopened.   

Custom orders are non-refundable and exchanges are not permitted.  If any issues ever arise, please contact me ([email protected]) and your concern will be handled immediately.
